SERVICES
What is Home Care?
Home Care is hands-on, practical assistance for elderly, disabled, or recovering people in their own homes. Home Care services provide help with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, and toileting) and other instrumental activities (light housekeeping, shopping, laundry, and meal preparation) to help keep care recipients comfortable, safe, and cared for in their own homes.

Steps to Getting Help
We’ll gently guide you through getting the help you or your loved one needs.

First…
We’ll talk with you about your loved one’s situation—the issues they’re having and the needs you’re seeing.
…Next…
We’ll explain what we can (and can’t) do to help.
Then…
We’ll set up a date and time to meet you and your loved one. We will meet with you and your loved one as soon as possible after you contact us.
In Home Care Assessment
At the appointed date and time, our specially-trained Client Care Coordinator will come to your home and perform a FREE In Home Care Assessment, which will take about 45 minutes to 2 hours. You’ll also tell the Client Care Coordinator about your loved one’s abilities, needs, and preferences. Most of all, the Client Care Coordinator will be listening to you—what you need and what you want.
Service Plan
From the In Home Care Assessment, we’ll develop a Service Plan that will meet your loved one’s needs.
Service Plans can be revised and updated at the client’s request.
